I didn't set out to be an engineer, but halfway through college I discovered there's nothing more satisfying than chasing down why something's broken. Code tells you whether you're right or wrong almost immediately, which is more than you can say about most things in life. And it turns out you can build a whole career around that!
But I also spend plenty of time not writing code. Here's some other stuff I've been into lately:

RebusI was unimpressed by the existing standalone apps available for solving crossword puzzles (in the form of .puz files), so I built my own, designed from the ground up for speed solvers like me.

Training BlockAn app to generate a full calendar/plan for training for a marathon using Jack Daniels' "2Q" Plan, based on your current fitness level and marathon date. Users can revisit the website or export to a calendar, and can export their workouts to their Garmin watch with one click.
Currently not available for public use as I don't own the rights to the training plan, but super useful for me personally as I train for the 2026 NYC Marathon!

Spotify Top TracksI was disappointed that Spotify only showed the top 10 most popular songs from an artist, so I built this to show the top 100. It's a simple UI that uses the Spotify API to fetch and rank tracks by popularity.
